To make sure we are all on the same page and to keep things running smoothly, please take a few minutes to read through our guidelines before booking. I love good communication, so if you ever have questions, just reach out!

💵 Deposits & Payments
  • Securing Your Spot: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required via CashApp to lock in your appointment. Don't worry, this goes directly toward your final total!
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We accept Cash or Card (please note there is a 3% fee for card payments).
⏰ Running Late?

We know life happens! Just keep me in the loop:

  • Give us a heads-up: Please text me at least an hour before your slot if you're running behind.
  • Grace Period: We offer a 30-minute grace period.
  • An hour late? You must call me first to see if we can still fit you in. If we can, a $20 late fee will be added to your total.
🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

"Man proposes, and God disposes." We totally understand that emergencies happen and plans change.

  • Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations mean your deposit is forfeited.
  • You can roll your deposit over to reschedule one time only.
  • 🛑 No-Call, No-Show: If you completely ghost us without a text or call, you will unfortunately be blocked from booking with us again. We love our clients, but we have to protect our team's time!
⏳ Good Art Takes Time (No Rushed Services)

We are a small, dedicated team of braiders who pride ourselves on quality. If you are in a rush or impatient, we might not be the right fit for you. * Please do not book us on a day when you have a tight schedule or somewhere to be right after.

  • If you have a minor time constraint, let us know before booking, and we’ll tell you honestly if we can make it work. We do not do rushed styling!
🧼 Hair Preparation
  • Your hair must be freshly washed, completely detangled, and free of all products when you arrive so we can give you the best, neatest results possible.
💇‍♀️ Hair Preferences & Colors
  • What we use: We use Yaki Perm or Expression braiding hair.
  • Is hair included? Standard hair is included in the price for most styles. Please check the service page for exceptions or call me to double-check.
  • Want something else? You are more than welcome to bring your own preferred braiding hair! Just reach out to coordinate.
  • Colors we provide: We only provide natural colors (1, 1B, 2, and 4). If you want a fun or different color, you must bring it with you. Either way, all hair colors must be confirmed 48 to 72 hours before your appointment.
  • Boho Styles: We do not provide human hair for Boho braids. You must bring your own human hair bulk or bundles.
🛑 No Last-Minute Changes
  • We plan our day around your specific booking. Because of this, we cannot change your chosen style, color, or length on the day of your appointment (the only exception is switching from a long length to a shorter length).
✨ Before You Leave the Chair
  • Check your hair! Our main goal is for you to leave feeling beautiful. Please make sure you absolutely love your hair before you leave the shop so we can adjust anything right then and there.
  • We have a no-refund policy. We cannot fix or change hair after a week has passed, but if an issue arises within the first few days, talk to me and we can always work something out!
